Thank you for your interest in Sara Katherine Photography! Below you will read through information about sessions offered for your captured memories.
Some edited digital images are included in the session price. You only receive the images you purchase. I do not give the entire gallery of unedited photos. Every photo you purchase will be edited.
Here’s what to expect:
A $100 non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the week of your scheduled session. Sessions come with some digital images. You will have the option to purchase a collection or al a cart images after that.
*Cake Smash sessions require a non refundable retainer of 50% of the total fee at the time of booking.
After the session, you will be sent a proofing gallery with all the photos lightly edited. This is when you will select what you want edited. Turn around time ranges depending on how many images you ultimately select and the time of year.
By signing the booking documents, you are agreeing to all this. A session will not take place until your invoice and agreement have BOTH been completed.
All sessions will be taxed at 7.9%.
TO BOOK A SESSION
PLEASE READ
Select ‘book this session’ and you may choose an available date and time. Enter the required info and you will be sent a portrait agreement and retainer invoice. BOTH are due within 48 hours to hold your booking spot. Failure to do so will result in your spot being canceled.
Please know that my studio hours are 9am-2pm Monday-Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays. Outdoor sessions are available to book from 3pm-6pm depending on the time of year. Saturdays have very limited availability and Sundays require an additional fee of $50 to book. If you wish to book on a Sunday, please let me know and I will make special arrangements.
